Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Loan Processor who can confidently handle closing 15–20 loans per month, manage clients proactively, and keep deals moving without constant supervision. This role is 100% in-office and requires someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, and driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process 15–20 active loan files from submission to close.
• Review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect required documents and prepare files for underwriting with minimal conditions.
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title, and agents.
• Create a clear sense of urgency to ensure documentation and tasks are completed quickly.
• Track loan milestones, deadlines, conditions, and status updates.
• Solve problems independently and escalate only when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in LOS and CRM systems.
• Deliver an exceptional borrower experience through consistent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (retail preferred).
• Proven ability to process 15–20 loans per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and completes tasks before asking for help.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be willing to work in-office at our Phoenix location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (depending on experience)
