and my story begins with a firm:

When I was 9 years old...
My family was invited to come to America, this was soon after 9/11 when the defense company my dad worked for was forced to shut down their manufacturing plant in Mexico due to the nature of their work for the U.S. Military.
For weeks after arriving, I cried and begged my parents to take me back, but their answer was always a firm “No, we will not move back to Mexico, because here in the America you will have the opportunity to create a life you may never be able to create back home.”
Accepting that response was hard at first.
But with time I realized that moving to America would be the best thing that ever happened to me and led me to write The Adventures of Eddie, The Moving Monkey, where kids who are moving across town or across continents can learn the best thing that ever happens to them may be the moving adventure they least expected.
Some years later...
Opportunity and all of its blessings found me. I started “living the dream”, and I realized something, a secret. To create that dream, FIRST, we need a safe and stable home base.
As a way to pay it forward, it became my mission to make it easier for families to reach their home base, and call it divine timing, but I was in a perfect position to do so.
And then...
By this time, I was already ranked among the top loan officers in the country, and already helping families navigate the toughest part of reaching home, the financing, but I knew what I was doing wasn’t enough, millions of families were being left behind and as a loan officer the number of families I could guide was limited by the number of hours in a day.
Because I couldn’t clone myself, I did the next best thing, I poured all of my industry knowledge, ALL of the secrets into Rate Verifier, the compass that shows true North on your way home to ensure whether I’m the loan officer or not, you can be in control and MORTGAGE YOUR WAY.
I built this company to give others the clarity and confidence I wish my own family had received when we bought our first home in Arizona where my parents lost their life’s savings because the lender they trusted didn’t do the most important part of their job, understand my parents needs, timeline and budget and providing ALL available options.
